Toledo Marks MLK Day With Various Celebrations

Communities across the U.S. held parades, panels, and service projects for the 40th anniversary of Martin Luther King Junior Day. Locally, Toledo was one of those communities that participated. Commemorations in Toledo yesterday included a celebration hosted by the NAACP at Macedonia Baptist Church, the Unity Day Celebration, a program at the MLK Kitchen for the Poor, and others.
