Toledo Breaks Ground on Westgate Village North Redevelopment; Trader Joe's to Make Toledo Debut

The City of Toledo has broken ground on a $60 million redevelopment of Westgate Village North at Secor Road and Central Avenue. The city also announced the shopping center’s confirmed tenants, which will include Trader Joe’s, marking the retailer’s debut in the Toledo area.
