Surack Enterprises Seeks Funding02/27/2026Surack Enterprises will use $5 million approved by a local board as leverage to secure more funding for the $47 million project that will revive a historic performing arts center. Chuck Surack has invested in several development projects around Fort Wayne, and the former Scottish Rite project is the first for which he is seeking public funding. Surack is applying for $5 million from Indiana Economic Development Corp.'s READI program. The facility on West Berry Street last housed University of Saint Francis' Performing Arts Center.
