Possible Measles Exposure at the Fort Wayne Zoo

There have been possible measles exposures at the Fort Wayne Zoo. The Allen County Department of Health says visitors may have been exposed to measles at the zoo on Sunday, September 27th between 11:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Measles is highly contagious and spreads through the air by coughing or sneezing. If you were at the zoo during those hours on Sunday, health officials are urging you check your immunization status and to make sure you and your family members are vaccinated.
