Toledo police say a 20-year-old man is wanted on 11 counts of felonious assault. The shooting happened Saturday during Toledo’s Old West End Festival. Police say it followed a physical altercation between members of two rival groups. Three of the 12 people shot were involved in the altercation while the rest were bystanders. Police on Wednesday released a photo of a second suspect in the shooting, a male who was dressed in all black at the festival.
