PHOTOS: Science Central Cuts the Ribbon on New Planetarium; High Rail Bike to Return03/26/2026A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held by Science Central in Fort Wayne yesterday to mark the official opening of its new planetarium after many years in development. It’s the only public planetarium in the region. The 1,830-square-foot planetarium features a 21-foot-high, 28-foot-wide dome and can accomodate up to 50 seated guests to experience amazing views of the cosmos.
