Ohio Gov. DeWine Visits Spencerville Elementary School for OhioSEE Tour02/18/2026Ohio Governor Mike DeWine visited Spencerville Elementary School yesterday to highlight the new children’s eyesight program OhioSEE. Eighteen students in kindergarten through third grade received a pair of glasses at no cost to the child or family. Spencerville Local School District is one of more than 130 school districts enrolled in OhioSEE. The program brings comprehensive vision services directly to schools in 15 high-priority counties, including Allen County.
