New Huntington County Economic Development Director03/31/2026A former mayor of Logansport has been hired to lead economic development efforts for Huntington County. Chris Martin began the job Monday as the successor Mark Wickersham as executive director for Huntington County United Economic Development. Martin served six years as mayor of his hometown. Martin will work with city and county leaders to focus on priorities that also include commercial growth, site readiness, infrastructure, and long-term investment strategies. Wickersham retired last year after 17 years in the job.
