Indiana Michigan Power Acquisition

In a major acquisition, Indiana Michigan Power has taken full ownership of the Oregon Clean Energy Center just outside Toledo. I&M has been working with the prior owners of the facility to transfer ownership while ensuring safe and efficient operations of the facility. The Oregon Clean Energy Center adds natural gas to I&M’s lineup of energy generation.
