I&M Touts Improvements with Fewer Outages, Quicker Power Restoration Ahead of Winter

If you’re an Indiana-Michigan Power customer, I&M says you will benefit from reliability improvements ahead of winter. I&M said customers are experiencing 50% fewer outages and getting power back 55% faster than they did five years ago. Those improvements come from a variety of strategic measures, including tree trimming, inspecting and replacement equipment, and using smart technology to prevent outages.
