Hamilton Co. Health Department Announces Community Resource Survey

The Hamilton County Health Department is looking for your feedback about finding local health care, mental health, or food resources. The Community Resource Survey is a short 2- to 3-minute survey that will help gather confidential information about local resource needs. Feedback will be used for the health department to plan with community partners to better serve the area. The Community Resource Survey is available on Hamilton County’s website.
