Fishers Health Department Releases 2026 Community Health Improvement11/02/2026The Fishers Health Department recently released its 2026 Community Health Improvement Plan that sets priorities for mental health, social connection, and resource navigation. The new plan focuses on those three areas where FHD and community partners can work together to improve health and well-being. Over the next three years, FHD and its community partners will continue to put the priorities into action through new and expanded programs, especially mental health education.
