Electric Works Seeking New Management Operators for Union Street Market

You’ll notice some changes at Electric Works in Fort Wayne as officials search for management groups to oversee the Union Street Market. A few vendors including Crane Bar, the Neon Pear, and the gift shop at the market closed after officials said the operators were not meeting expectations. Meanwhile, fresh food stall operator Plowshares is relocating after not receiving federal funding this year. Independent merchants, including ACO Sushi, Buyamba Sandwich Company, Buyamba Sweet Shoppe, Conjure Coffee, Ghibli Mediterranean Cuisine, Johnny Ox Pizzeria, O-Cha Thai, Pasta di Guy, and Savor Burgers & More, will remain open.
