Carmel City Council Approves 2027 Budget

The proposed 2027 budget for the City of Carmel was approved by City Council Monday night. The approved budget keeps public safety a priority with continued funding for first responders and modern equipment at the police and fire departments. There is also funding that prioritizes infrastructure and operations along with operational efficiency. The 2027 Carmel budget totals $252.4 million with a General Fund budget of $152.6 million.
