Bowling Green, Ohio Launches "Young Ones and Companions" Program for Parents, Kids02/05/2026News release from the City of Bowling Green, Ohio:Bowling Green, OH – The Bowling Green Parks & Recreation Department is excited to offer an opportunity for young nature lovers to experience Wintergarden this winter! Young Ones and Companions includes a story, a short nature hike, a snack and a craft for the theme of the month. This program is for preschool children ages 3 to 5 and their adult companions. Families are welcome to bring younger siblings of participants along for the ride. These educational sessions take place at Wintergarden/ St. John’s Preserve, from 10:00AM-11:30AM on Tuesdays.
