Allen Super Court Judge Fran Gull Not Seeking Reelection

After a nearly 30-year career, Allen Superior Court Judge Fran Gull announced that she will not be seeking reelection at the end of her term and will be retiring. Gull presides over the Allen Superior Court Drug Court Program – a renowned holistic treatment court with thousands of success stories, and she has made numerous achievements, particularly with jury reform. Her term ends on December 31, 2026.
