Acetaminophen Sold on Amazon Recalled Over Pill Discoloration

Some extra strength acetaminophen caplets sold on Amazon are being recalled after the FDA said consumers have reported discolored pills. The recall affects 500-milligram acetaminophen caplets in 200-, 500-, and 1,000-count bottles with expiration dates between September 30, 2027 and February 29, 2028. Amazon said the recall is voluntary and is working with the drug manufacturer Aurohealth and federal regulators. The FDA did not say if there have been any injuries or illnesses.
