I am asking for prayer for my adult son Justin. He has suffered with ADHD all his life, and has been self medicating with Marijuana which has not helped. As many know ADHD is commonly linked to substance abuse as well as social issues. Most recently he has been fired from his job and is in a spiral of severe anxiety and depression.
Unfortunately, he did not qualify for unemployment and is so worried that he won't be able to find a job to be able to pay his rent. He doesn't want to get eviction as he knows it will affect his future options.
He has qualified for medicaid and food stamps, which is definitely helpful and in my opinion a God send.
Justin is non-believer in fact is a Saul when it comes to God and Jesus. I have prayed over him for years.
This past Sunday the holy spirit directed me to share the sermon my pastor had presented. He said he would think about it. I don't know if he did.
It is my hope and prayer that this will be the time God and the holy spirit soften his heart and open his ears.
It is also very important that he gets any and all help he needs for his health mentally and physically. Thank you all very much.
