Birthplace: Kansas City, MO
How I got into the radio industry: I have done about everything in radio from cleaning up flooded floors, scraping ice off a satellite dish, to riding in a hot air balloon. I've been playing in radio for about 25 years and have worked with radio all across the country from Kansas City, Louisville, and Nashville, to being part of the team at WBCL!
Favorite bible verse: Matthew 19:26 - "But Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
Favorite food: Mexican
Favorite season: Fall (Because of the football and food, of course!)
Favorite movie: 'Clue' the Movie
Favorite childhood TV show: Dukes of Hazard
Favorite desert: Cheesecake or pumpkin pie
Favorite videogame: Madden

Interesting facts about me:

Birthplace: The gorgeous mountains of Southwest Virginia.
Memorable moment: I captured a mouse with a trashcan one Saturday morning while I was working at another station. I didn’t see him try to crawl up my leg while I was talking on-air, but I’m totally convinced he was tugging on my pant leg. He crawled up on the shoe that I had slipped off under the desk while I was watching a few feet away. It was such a strange experience! I released him outside and never saw him again.
Favorite scripture: I’ve had many favorite verses, but the one that keeps coming back to me is Micah 6:8. “He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?”
Favorite vacation spot: Home or anywhere with mountains or a lake.
Favorite drink: Coffee!
Favorite sports team: Sports isn’t really my thing, but I can appreciate a good high school football game.
Hobbies: Hiking, fishing, camping, trying new recipes, hanging out with my husband
