If you've been feeling a little foggy lately, here are at least five foods that have a positive effect on brain health and function. Green leafy vegetables such as kale, spinach and broccoli. Fatty fish like salmon, trout and tuna. Berries. Nuts & seeds. Tea & coffee. So, do your brain a favor and stock up on those things the next time you're grocery shopping.
