Wood Co. Health Department Confirms Case of Measles with Multiple Exposures09/30/2026The Wood County Health Department has confirmed one case of measles in Bowling Green with multiple exposure locations. The person was at several locations while infectious between September 23rd and 28th, including the following:• Bowling Green State University on September 23, 2026 in the Overman and/or Physical Science Buildings.• Pagliai’s Restaurant on September 23, 2026 between the times 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.• Wood County Hospital Emergency Department on September 24, 2026 between the times of 8:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. on September 25, 2026.• Wood County Hospital Emergency Department on September 25, 2026 between the times of 6:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.• Falcon Health Center on September 28, 2026 between the times of 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.The health department says if you were exposed at those locations, fill out a measles close contact investigation form on the Wood County Health Department’s website. The health department says the risk to the public remains low with most people in the community protected through vaccination.
