Toledo to Resume Residential Water Shutoffs

Water will start being shut off again in Toledo if you’re behind on water bills. The city said it’s ending a six-year-long pause in residential water shutoffs because the city is owed $52 million in unpaid water bills, causing financial pressure. The city will offer several chances to prevent loss of service. Toledo will resume water shutoffs on June 1st.
