Second Bill in Indiana Seeks to Bring Casino to Allen County

A bill to bring a casino to Allen County, Indiana has been introduced by State Senator Justin Busch. Senate Bill 70 seeks to relocate the Rising Sun Casino in southeast Indiana to Allen County or Fort Wayne if certain conditions are met. It comes after State Representative Craig Snow introduced House Bill 1038 this week to open applications for a casino in Allen County. Both pieces of legislation have some differences in how a casino would be brought to Allen County. It would ultimately require approval from the Indiana General Assembly.
