Poodle Named "Chip" to Comfort Kids at Toledo-area Hospital

Kids being treated at ProMedica Russel J. Ebeid Children’s Hospital in Toledo now have a new four-legged staff member they can interact with at the hospital. Chip is a two-year-old standard poodle who serves as the pediatric oncology unit dog. Chip provides comfort by lowering anxiety and helping patients and families cope. Chip comes from the Paws with a Cause program and was officially welcomed Wednesday.
