Perrysburg Announces Temporary City Office Addresses During Municipal Building Remodel

(Perrysburg, OH) - The City of Perrysburg Municipal Building at 201 W. Indiana Avenue will close to the public beginning Thursday, Dec. 3, 2026, as the City prepares for a remodeling project. City public offices will reopen on Tuesday, Dec. 8, operating from temporary locations through the project's anticipated completion in late fall 2027.

During the remodeling project, City departments will operate from the following temporary locations:

26609 Lime City Road, Perrysburg, OH 43551

• Income Tax

• Planning and Zoning

139 W. Indiana Avenue, Perrysburg, OH 43551

• Administration

• Finance

• Human Resources

300 Walnut Street, Perrysburg, OH 43551

• Law (located in the Perrysburg Municipal Court Building)

These City offices will continue to use the 201 W. Indiana Avenue mailing address during this remodeling period.

Beginning in January 2027, all City Council, committee and commission meetings will be held at the Schaller Memorial Building (130 W. Indiana Avenue). During this time, private rentals and public bookings will be suspended at the Schaller Memorial Building through at least March 2028, with some limited exceptions such as elections.

The temporary relocations will allow the City to complete the Municipal Building remodeling project while continuing to provide public services. The City will share additional information about the project and any changes affecting residents as work progresses
