Ohio Bill Banning Hemp Products from Stores, Legalizing THC Beverages Passes House

A bill in Ohio that seeks to ban intoxicating hemp products in retail stores while temporarily legalizing THC beverages has been passed by the Ohio House. The bill would prohibit intoxicating products from being available outside marijuana dispensaries and allow THC beverages to be sold in Ohio until December 31, 2026, following recent federal law changes. The legislation goes next to the Ohio Senate.
