North Riverfront Announcement11/20/2025A big announcement for the North River project. Fort Wayne's Redevelopment Advisory Committee says that PB Development, an affiliate of Kansas City-based Price Brothers Management Co., will lead the project along the downtown riverfront. The youth sports facility, as proposed, will have 160,000 square feet designed to accommodate sports and activities, including basketball, volleyball, soccer and baseball. The fieldhouse is expected to cost at least $50 million and lead to more development.
