Indiana's Hunt for Hunger Program Seeks to Help Hoosiers in Need Access Meat10/08/2026Indiana Governor Mike Braun is encouraging Indiana’s hunters to donate harvested deer to help feed Hoosiers in need. The DNR’s Indiana Hunt for Hunger is a program that provides grants for meat processing fees to the DNR’s nonprofit partners.
