Indiana Michigan Power Announces Electric Bill Decrease for Indiana Customers June 1st

If you’re an Indiana Michigan Power customer and live in Indiana, your electric bill will be lower starting in the June billing cycle. I&M said for the average customer using 1,000 kilowatt hours (kWh) per month will be a 3.6%, or roughly $6, decrease in their bill. The lower rate is partly due to I&M’s additional revenue expected from selling extra power in 2026.
