FWPD Alerting Parents to Dangerous Online Networks, Including the Network "764"

The Fort Wayne Police Department is urging parents, teachers, and young people about dangerous online networks targeting children and other vulnerable people. That includes a network known as “764.” Perpetrators use Discord, Roblox, Telegram, and other social media and gaming services to develop relationships with children, which escalates into unbecoming behavior. The FWPD says to watch for sudden behavioral and habit changes, talk to kids about online safety, and remind them to ask for help.
