City of Bowling Green Announces 2026 Parents' Night Out Program

Parents rejoice — The Bowling Green Parks and Recreation Department announces dates for the Winter-Spring 2026 Parents’ Night Out program. Participating children, ages 5-12, can be dropped off at the Bowling Green Community Center for an exciting Friday night of activities, including games, arts & crafts, gym time and the very popular Freedom Climber rotating wall.

Registration is limited to the first 20 participants and slots sell out quickly. Sessions are 5-9 p.m. on the following Fridays:

· Jan. 23

· Feb. 13

· Feb. 27

· March 13

· March 27

· April 10

· April 24

· May 15

· May 29

Children should eat dinner before drop-off; no food or snacks will be provided at the event. Parents are also welcome to send a snack with their child if needed. The program costs $15 per resident child per session and $19 per non-resident child per session.
