Prayer for beloved pet

Our beloved 5 year old Goldendoodle has bone cancer. He is such a very big part of our family and has brought such joy to everyone he meets. Saying good-bye is so very difficult. I know prayer requests are mostly for people and people related concerns but our Lord loves all creatures great and small and would like anyone out there to say a prayer that Barnie will not suffer long and that we have the strength to say good-bye.
