Husband needs a great job!

My husband left his job after 27 years of employment, because the environment became toxic, he was unhappy, unappreciated, and it seemed like they were working on trying to let him go to save the company money, his benefits have dwindled over they last several years, for his 25th anniversary he received a text. The people he worked with liked him and he did a great job, it was just the couple people above him that made his job very difficult. He had a steady income that was very good for not having a degree, but the insurance benefits were horrible $1100 a month just to have them. He decided to be proactive and study insurance and after receiving an employment opportunity he decided to leave. It has been extremely hard and we are not making it. In the insurance world there are a lot of detail which he isn't great with. He IS great with people, managing, training, operations of a business and helping others grow their business. Because it has been slow going we have used up what little saving we had and are now considering selling our house to get out of our mortgage. We have never had it this bad. We have 4 kids and we have been praying and relying on God! I have come to realize how much we took his income for granted. I ask for prays for job opportunities, for the right company preferably working with someone that has Christian values and the right amount of income to keep what we have, for peace and serenity as we tread through this difficult time. I ask for protection for him and our family. It is really taxing on his confidence and spirit. Thank you!!
