Birth complications

We have our second child on the way. Today we had to take my wife to the er because she had a sharp pain yesterday and now a bit of bleeding today. During the ultra sound I saw a hr of 129 but the doc says they might see bleeding in the yoke. I am praying and hoping that it's just implimintation bleeding since we arnt very far. This possibility of misscareag is really hurting us. In all honesty it hasn't been a good year at all for the Thompson family. I just pray for joy to return to our whole family and peace even if it's for a brief moment.
