Wapakoneta Summer Moon Festival Begins Today 07/14/2026Today is the kick-off of the 2026 Wapakoneta Summer Moon Festival. This celebration marks the 57th anniversary of Apollo 11 and Wapak native Neil Armstrong’s first steps on the moon. The festival features many activities for everyone throughout the city. The Wapakoneta Summer Moon Festival runs through Sunday, July 19th.
