Veterans Day 2025 Activities

In honor of Veterans Day today, the Veterans National Memorial Shrine and Museum in Fort Wayne will host a dedication ceremony of a new World War I memorial. The funding and the idea for the memorial is from Richard D. Waterfield in remembrance of his grandfather Reverend Stevenson Waters McGill, who served in the war. The ceremony will start this morning at 11 at the museum and include remarks from speakers, prayer, the playing of taps, and more.
