U.S. Mint to Release 250,000 Limited Edition Fourth of July Quarters Into Circulation

Start checking your change for some limited edition Fourth of July quarters. The U.S. Mint said it’ll produce 250,000 Declaration of Independence quarters that have a special “July 4th” mark on the heads in celebration of America’s 250th anniversary. The quarters have no mint mark and will be randomly placed into circulation at banks and financial institutions in time for the Fourth of July. Click here to read the U.S. Mint's full announcement.
