Total Lunar Eclipse Potentially Visible March 3rd02/23/2026You have a chance next week to see a total lunar eclipse. The lunar eclipse will happen early in the morning on March 3rd. Totality, which is when the moon turns a reddish-orange color, will start at 6:04 a.m. and last for 59 minutes until 7:03 a.m. If the weather cooperates in our area, the eclipse will be visible when the moon is setting.
