Toledo's Feilbach Building Gets Tax Credit06/26/2026Toledo’s Feilbach (File-bock) Building will be receiving about $5 million in tax credits from the state of Ohio. The tax credits will support the rehabilitation of the building in Toledo’s Warehouse District. The project will convert the Feilbach (File-bock) Building’s space into 40 apartments, commercial space, and make a variety of interior and exterior improvements.
