Toledo Police Identify Suspect Allegedly Involved in Crash with Rep. Marcy Kaptur

Police have identified the driver who’s allegedly responsible for the crash that hurt Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur in August. The Toledo Police Department said the suspect is 23-year-old Jahiem Wright. Warrants have been issued for charges related to the crash and leaving the scene. Police say Wright has not been taken into custody at this time.
