Toledo Edison Ordered to Lower Electric Rates

If you’re a Toledo Edison customer, you can expect a lower electric rate next month. The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio ordered Toledo Edison and other FirstEnergy utilities to lower their rates over affordability concerns, and to lower its revenue by $29.5 million. Toledo Edison is required to file its new rates by Tuesday that will go into effect March 1st.
