Toledo City Councilman Proposes Agreement with Police, Schools to Use Flock Cameras

Automated license plate reader cameras in Toledo could soon be used near some schools. City Councilman Adam Martinez has proposed connecting more than a dozen interested schools to the Flock camera system. Toledo police would have access to the cameras during emergency situations but not routinely, and there would be rules in place over access. Toledo City Council could vote on the proposal next week.
