Toledo Announces Pop-Up Produce Market at Swayne Field Redevelopment Site08/26/2026The City of Toledo has announced that the Swayne Field Pop-Up Produce Market will be launching soon. It’s a pilot program designed to increase access to affordable, nutritious food for residents at the Swayne Field redevelopment site. City officials say the market will have a variety of fresh produce and other healthy food options. The market will launch September 4th from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., September 5th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and operate every Saturday through October 24th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The market is at the corner of Monroe Street and Detroit Avenue.
