The Shops at Fallen Timbers in Maumee, Ohio has officially been sold. The company redeveloping the shops expects redevelopment to cost about $89 million. Maumee Mayor Chelsea Ziss shared her excitement over the redevelopment and its economic potential. No timetable has been announced for redevelopment of the shops. Proposals for the shops include entertainment, housing, hotel and office spaces, and more.
