The Salvation Army Kicks Off 2026 Tools for School Program; How to Donate

Providing families in need and their children with basic, new school supplies to be successful in the classroom is what the Salvation Army’s Tools for School campaign is all about. The program has kicked off its 23rd year in Allen County, Indiana, and this summer’s goal is to serve 1,000 children. Tools for School seeks to alleviate the financial burden of families and operates entirely on donations. The Salvation Army accepts material donations and monetary donations.
