Temporary Amtrak Route Will Pass Through Toledo and Waterloo

A new temporary passenger train route called the Floridian will pass through Toledo and Waterloo. Amtrak says the Floridian is a direct-round trip between Chicago and Miami. The route combines two of Amtrak’s other routes because of the upcoming East River Tunnel Rehabilitation Project in New York. The route will begin service on November 10^th.
