TARTA to Provide Free Rides to JazzFest Saturday08/12/2026The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority will offer free round-trip rides to the Glass City JazzFest on Saturday. TARTA’s Glass City JazzFest Express will offer trips from the Franklin Park Mall and the Docks on Main Street to the Glass City Metropark between 12:30 to 8:30 p.m. Trips from TARTA’s Royer Road stop at the mall to the metro-park, will operate every 30 minutes until 8:30 p.m. Return shuttles to those stops will depart the JazzFest at 10:30 p.m. Shuttles from the Docks will also stop at the Glass City Enrichment Center to accommodate patrons with mobility needs.
