SuzAnne Handshoe, first female mayor of Kendallville, passes away at 66

Former Kendallville, Indiana Mayor SuzAnne Handshoe passed away on Monday after a 10-year battle with bone cancer. Handshoe was notably Kendallville’s first and only female mayor, serving from 2004 until 2023. She also served our country for 24 years in the U.S. Marine Corps. Handshoe was 66.
