Supreme Court Rules in Favor of Faith-Based Pregnancy Center in New Jersey Investigation

The Supreme Court unanimously ruled in favor of a faith-based pregnancy center in New Jersey after the state was trying to gain access to its donor information. First Choice Women’s Resource Centers is challenging New Jersey’s investigation into whether the centers misled people about steering women away from abortions. The ruling allows First Choice to sue over the investigation.
