SSA Announces Limited "Freedom 250" Social Security Cards for Qualifying Newborns

The Social Security Administration announced a first-of-its-kind commemorative Social Security card to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary. The SSA will issue limited edition cards for children born between July 2nd and December 31, 2026 that feature the Freedom 250 logo in black ink.
